Terms Of Service
Effective October 10, 2026
1. Agreement To These Terms
These Terms Of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Narralife LLC (“EstateSalesIN,” “we,” “us”), the parent company and operator of EstateSalesIN.com, including estatesalesin.com, app.estatesalesin.com and related apps and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
EstateSalesIN.com is owned and operated by Narralife LLC, a Nevada limited liability company:
Narralife LLC
7260 W Azure Dr, Ste 140 PMB 3024
Las Vegas, NV 89130
United States
Phone: (702) 925-8540
Email: support@estatesalesin.com
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. If you sell through the Service, the Seller Terms also apply and control if they conflict with these Terms on a seller matter. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
2. What EstateSalesIN Is And Is Not
EstateSalesIN is a directory and online marketplace. We provide the place where estate sale companies, auctioneers and other sellers list sales and items, where buyers find and bid on them, and where people looking for help can reach estate sale companies.
- We are not the seller or the auctioneer of any item, and we do not own, inspect, appraise, store, ship or take possession of items listed by others.
- We are not a party to the sale contract between a buyer and a seller, or to any service agreement between a client and an estate sale company.
- We are not an estate sale company, appraiser, real estate broker, attorney, or tax or financial advisor. Nothing on the Service is professional advice.
- Companies listed in the directory are independent businesses, not our employees, agents or partners.
3. Eligibility And Your Account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account, bid, buy or sell.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date. One person or business per account; do not create accounts to evade a suspension or to bid against yourself or for a seller.
- You can sign in with a password, a one-time code sent to your email, or Google. Keep your sign-in details and your email account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us right away at support@estatesalesin.com if you suspect unauthorized use. Your account shows a history of recent sign-ins to help you spot it.
4. Estate Sale Listings And Attending Sales
Sale listings are created by the companies running them. Dates, hours, items, prices, photos and terms of sale come from the company and can change or be cancelled without notice to us.
- To protect the home and the family, the street address of a sale is withheld until shortly before the sale starts and hidden again after it ends. Do not try to discover, publish or visit a sale address before it is released.
- In-person sales take place on private property under the company's rules, including entry numbers, payment methods, holds, discounts and removal of purchases. Follow them and treat the property with respect.
- You attend sales at your own risk. EstateSalesIN is not responsible for conditions at a sale, for your dealings with the company, or for items bought in person.
- Unless a listing says otherwise, items at estate sales are sold as-is, where-is, and all sales are final.
5. Auctions And Bidding
A bid is a binding offer to buy. If you are the high bidder when a lot closes and any reserve price has been met, you have agreed to buy that lot from the seller for your winning bid plus the buyer’s premium, any applicable taxes and any shipping charges.
- Maximum bids. You may enter the most you are willing to pay. The system then bids for you in increments, only as much as needed to keep you in the lead, up to your maximum. Your maximum is not shown to other bidders or to the seller.
- Reserve prices. A lot may have a confidential minimum price. If bidding does not reach it, the lot is not sold.
- Extended bidding. A bid placed in the final minutes of a lot may extend its closing time, so that others have a fair chance to respond. The closing time shown on the lot page controls.
- Bids cannot be withdrawn. Check the description, photos, amount and pickup or shipping terms before you bid.
- Bid history. Bids are recorded and displayed with a bidder number only. Your name is not shown to other bidders or, while bidding is open, to the company.
- Buyer’s premium. A buyer’s premium, shown as a percentage on the auction before you bid, is added to the winning bid.
- Paying and collecting. Winners must pay promptly and collect or receive items within the pickup window or shipping terms stated on the auction. A seller may treat items not paid for or not collected in time as abandoned, and non-paying bidders may lose bidding privileges.
- Condition. Lots are sold as-is and as described by the seller. Descriptions, estimates and photos are the seller’s, not ours.
Auction integrity. Shill bidding is prohibited: sellers, and anyone acting for or with them, may not bid on their own lots, and bidders may not coordinate to manipulate a price. We monitor bidding activity and may cancel bids, void or reverse a sale, extend, pause or end an auction, and suspend accounts when we reasonably believe an auction has been manipulated or an error has occurred. Auctions may also be interrupted by technical problems; we are not liable for bids that are not received or recorded.
Connected bidding. You may not bid on a lot if you are the selling company, work for it, own or consigned the item, live in the same household as or are an immediate family member of any of those people, or are bidding at the request or for the benefit of any of them.
Integrity review. We review bidding activity using automated indicators and human judgment. We decide whether, when and how to review. We have no duty to monitor any auction, to detect any particular conduct, or to act on any report. A review that finds nothing is not a statement that an auction was free of misconduct.
What we may do. In addition to the actions above, we may restrict an account from bidding with one company or from bidding at all, pause a lot or an auction (which moves its closing time later), and remove a bid, including a winning bid after a lot has closed. A restriction is a risk decision. It is not a finding or an accusation that you committed fraud or any offense. We may decline to explain a decision where explaining it would reveal how we detect misconduct.
If a winning bid is removed. The lot ends unsold. No other bidder becomes the winner, and no bidder has a right to buy the lot at an earlier price.
Appeals. If we restrict your bidding, you may submit one written appeal for that restriction from your account page. We will email you the outcome. The appeal is an internal review and our decision is final.
Integrity Promise. Our Integrity Promise page describes practices we follow when it is published, and we may change it. It is not a warranty or guarantee of any auction, bid, price, company or item. If it differs from these Terms, these Terms control.
6. Marketplace Purchases And Offers
- Marketplace listings are offered by individual sellers at the prices they set. If a seller allows offers, an offer you make is binding if the seller accepts it while it is open.
- When you buy, your contract is with the seller. The seller is responsible for the item, its description, and pickup or shipping.
- Returns and refunds are handled by the seller under the terms on the listing. If something goes wrong, contact the seller first through the Service; we may help the two of you communicate but are not obliged to resolve the dispute.
- Buyers and sellers may rate each other after a transaction. Ratings must reflect a real transaction and your honest experience.
7. Payments, Fees And Taxes
- Payment processing. Online payments are processed by Stripe. The seller is the merchant of record, and funds go to the seller’s connected payout account. By paying, you authorize the charge for the total shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.
- Buyer fees. Any buyer’s premium or other buyer charge is shown before you bid or pay.
- Seller fees. We charge sellers a platform fee on auction and marketplace transactions and may charge for optional services such as a seller membership or company verification. Current amounts are shown in the seller tools before you incur them. See the Seller Terms.
- Memberships. Paid memberships renew automatically each billing period at the price shown when you subscribed until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your dashboard. Except where the law requires, fees already paid are not refundable.
- Taxes. Sellers are responsible for determining, collecting and remitting any sales tax and other taxes on their sales, unless the law places that duty on us. Buyers are responsible for taxes shown at checkout.
- Disputes and chargebacks. Contact the seller before disputing a charge with your bank. Filing a chargeback without a good-faith basis may lead to suspension.
8. Consultation Requests
Request A Consultation lets you describe a property and its contents and send a request to estate sale companies.
- By submitting a request you confirm that the information is accurate, that you have the authority to arrange a sale of the property's contents or are acting for someone who does, and that you have the right to share any photos you upload.
- You ask us to share your request, including your contact details and the property address, with the companies you select or are matched with, so they can respond to you.
- Any proposal, estimate, commission, contract or service you receive is between you and the company. We do not guarantee a response, the quality of any company's work, the sale results, or that a company is licensed, bonded or insured, even where a profile shows a verification badge. Check credentials and get written terms before you sign.
- We do not provide valuations. Any range or estimate you see is informational only.
9. Companies And Sellers
- You must have the legal right to sell every item you list, and to hold the sale at the listed property.
- Listings, photos, dates, prices and descriptions must be accurate and kept current. Remove or update a sale that is cancelled or changed.
- You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your business and your sales, including licensing, bonding, auctioneer rules, consumer protection, tax, and restrictions on regulated items.
- Honor the sales you make through the Service, and the terms you advertise.
- Contact details you receive from buyers, bidders and people requesting your services may be used only to respond to them and complete that business. Do not sell them, add them to marketing lists without consent, or use them for anything unrelated.
- Keep sale addresses private until they are released, and protect the privacy of the families and homes you work with, including in photos.
- Do not bid on your own lots or arrange for anyone to do so.
10. Verification And Trust Badges
Some company profiles show a verified badge or other trust indicators. These mean the company completed our verification process and provided the information we asked for at that time. They are not a guarantee, endorsement or warranty of a company’s honesty, licensing, insurance, work quality or future conduct. Verification fees pay for the review and are not refundable if a company is declined. We may remove a badge at any time.
11. Your Content
You keep ownership of the listings, photos, descriptions, reviews, comments, messages, blog posts and other material you submit (“Your Content”).
- You give EstateSalesIN a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, display, distribute and promote Your Content in connection with operating and marketing the Service, including in search results and on social media. The license ends when Your Content is deleted, except for copies in backups, content others have already shared, and records we must keep.
- You confirm that you own Your Content or have the rights to post it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law.
- Do not post photos that show people who have not agreed to appear, or that reveal mail, documents, medications or other private details from a home.
- We process uploaded photos, including resizing them and removing embedded location data.
12. Reviews, Comments And Messages
- Reviews must describe your own genuine experience. Do not review your own company, a competitor, or in exchange for payment or a discount.
- Companies may respond to reviews but may not pressure, pay or threaten anyone to change or remove one.
- Do not post content that is false, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or that reveals someone's private information.
- We use automated filters and human review to moderate content, and anyone can report content they believe breaks these rules. We may remove, hide or edit content and are not obliged to publish anything.
- Messages sent through the Service may be reviewed to investigate reports, prevent fraud and enforce these Terms.
13. Prohibited Uses And Items
You agree not to:
- Break any law, or list or sell items that are stolen, counterfeit, recalled or illegal to sell. Regulated items, such as firearms, ammunition, alcohol, ivory and other wildlife products, prescription drugs and hazardous materials, may be listed only where lawful and only by sellers who hold every required license and follow every required procedure.
- Manipulate auctions, prices, reviews, ratings or search results.
- Take a transaction off the Service to avoid fees after finding the buyer or seller here.
- Scrape, crawl or harvest listings, addresses, contact details or other data, or use automated tools to access the Service, except for public search engines following our robots rules.
- Use contact or address information from the Service to send unsolicited marketing, or to visit a property uninvited.
- Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your identity, authority or affiliation.
- Upload malware, probe or bypass our security, interfere with the Service, or get around rate limits or a suspension.
- Copy, resell or build a competing service from the Service or its content.
14. Our Content And Copyright Complaints
The Service, including its software, design, text, logos and the EstateSalesIN name, belongs to Narralife LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to use the Service for its intended purpose. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
Copyright complaints. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email support@estatesalesin.com with: your contact details; a description of the work; the exact page address of the material; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your signature. We remove infringing material and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
15. Suspension And Closing Accounts
- You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account by emailing support@estatesalesin.com. Closing an account does not cancel bids already placed, purchases already made, or fees already owed.
- We may remove content, limit features, cancel listings or bids, or suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for others or for us, or left fees unpaid. Where it is practical and safe to do so, we will tell you why.
- Sections that by their nature should continue after an account closes, including content licenses, payment obligations, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnification and dispute terms, continue to apply.
16. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, ESTATESALESIN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant or guarantee:
- The existence, authenticity, condition, safety, legality, value or description of any item.
- The accuracy of any listing, date, address, map location, estimate or company profile.
- The identity, conduct, qualifications, licensing or insurance of any user or company.
- That a buyer will pay, a seller will deliver, or a company will respond or perform.
- That the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any bid will be received.
- That any auction is free of shill bidding or collusion, or that our review will detect misconduct.
17. Limitation Of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, ESTATESALESIN, NARRALIFE LLC AND THEIR OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, LOST DATA OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THE SERVICE, FROM ANY ITEM, SALE, AUCTION OR SERVICE ARRANGED THROUGH IT, OR FROM THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER, COMPANY OR THIRD PARTY, WHETHER ONLINE OR AT A PROPERTY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO ESTATESALESIN IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.
Some states do not allow certain disclaimers or limits, so parts of this section and the one above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Disputes between users. If you have a dispute with another user or a company, you release EstateSalesIN from claims and damages arising out of that dispute, to the extent the law allows.
18. Indemnification
In plain words: if something you do, list, sell, post or promise through the Service leads to a claim against us, you agree to take responsibility for it and cover our costs. This section explains exactly what that means.
Who Is Protected
This section protects EstateSalesIN, Narralife LLC, and their owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, successors and assigns (together, the “Protected Parties”).
What You Agree To
To the fullest extent the law allows, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Protected Parties from and against any claim, demand, lawsuit, proceeding or government investigation brought by someone else, and any resulting loss, damage, liability, judgment, settlement, fine, penalty, cost or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs (together, “Claims”), that arise out of or relate to the matters listed below.
Everyone Who Uses The Service
- Your use or misuse of the Service, or use of your account by anyone you allowed to use it or who gained access because you did not keep your sign-in details secure.
- Your Content, including any claim that it infringes a copyright, trademark or other right, invades someone's privacy or right of publicity, or is false or defamatory.
- Your violation of these Terms, the Seller Terms, any law or regulation, or the rights of another person or business.
- Your dealings and disputes with other users, companies, buyers, sellers or clients, whether online or in person.
- Any tax, duty or government charge you owe in connection with your activity on the Service.
- Your negligence, misrepresentation, fraud or intentional misconduct.
Companies, Auctioneers And Other Sellers
If you list or sell through the Service, you also cover Claims arising from:
- The items you list or sell: your right and authority to sell them, their ownership, authenticity, condition, description, value, safety, recall status and legality, including regulated items.
- The sales and auctions you run, including personal injury, death or property damage occurring at a property, during pickup or delivery, or otherwise in connection with your sale.
- The acts and omissions of your employees, contractors, helpers and anyone else acting for you.
- Your licensing, bonding, insurance, auctioneer, consumer protection and advertising obligations, and your duty to collect and remit sales tax and other taxes.
- Refunds, chargebacks and payment disputes on your transactions.
- Your services and agreements with clients, including any claim by an estate, heir, beneficiary, executor, family member or property owner about your authority to sell, the handling of a home or its contents, or sale proceeds owed.
- Your use of personal information you receive through the Service about buyers, bidders, clients and families, and the photos you take or publish of a home and its contents.
- Bidding on your own lots, arranging for others to do so, or any other manipulation of an auction, price, review or rating.
- Anything posted to a social media account you connected to the Service, which is published at your direction.
People Requesting An Estate Sale Company
If you submit a consultation request, you also cover Claims arising from:
- Your authority to arrange a sale of the property's contents, including any dispute among heirs, beneficiaries, co-owners or others who claim an interest in the property or its contents.
- The accuracy of the information you provide, and your right to share the photos and details you submit.
Buyers, Bidders And People Attending Sales
If you bid, buy or attend a sale, you also cover Claims arising from:
- Your conduct at a property, including injury or damage you cause to people, the home or its contents.
- Your failure to pay for, collect or remove items you bought or won.
- Your removal, transport, use or resale of items after you take possession of them.
How A Claim Is Handled
- We will tell you about a Claim within a reasonable time after we learn of it. A delay in telling you reduces your obligations only to the extent the delay actually harmed your ability to respond.
- We may choose to take over the defense and settlement of a Claim with lawyers we select, at your expense. If we do not, you will defend the Claim with qualified lawyers we reasonably approve.
- You will cooperate with us, and give us the information and help we reasonably ask for.
- You may not settle a Claim in a way that admits fault for a Protected Party, or that requires a Protected Party to pay money or do or stop doing anything, without our written consent.
- You will pay or reimburse covered costs as they come due.
Limits On This Section
- You are not required to cover a Claim to the extent a court finally decides it was caused by a Protected Party's own gross negligence, fraud or intentional misconduct.
- If you are a consumer and the law of your home state does not allow part of this section to apply to you, that part does not apply, and the rest remains in effect.
Insurance And Survival
- Companies and sellers are responsible for carrying the liability insurance appropriate to their business. Having or lacking insurance does not limit your obligations in this section.
- This section is in addition to any other remedy we have, and it continues to apply after your account is closed and after you stop using the Service.
19. Governing Law And Disputes
Most concerns can be resolved quickly by emailing support@estatesalesin.com. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any claim that is not resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you and EstateSalesIN consent to those courts, except that either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court where you live. Nothing here removes consumer protections that the law of your home state guarantees you.
20. Changes And General Terms
- We may change the Service, or stop offering any part of it, at any time.
- We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and give notice by email or on the Service of material changes before they take effect. Using the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
- These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and, for sellers, the Seller Terms, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
- If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
- You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- You agree that we may send you notices electronically, by email or through the Service.
